Most athletes spend little time picking out a good shoe, even knowing how important it is. With so many running shoes on the market it can be confusing to know exactly what to look for when researching shoes. It sure would be nice to buy a shoe that will last a few hundred miles of running, and doesn’t cost a fortune. The best running shoe doesn’t have to cost a fortune. The shoe shouldn’t cause any pain.

It may be difficult, but it’s well worth it to find what fits best on your foot.

With shoes, you really do get what you pay for, so buy smartly. For those just starting out, it is crucial. Avoid beginning on a bad note and wearing the wrong type of shoes. Starting tips are great because they give you guidance to get your first shoe.
